The Capacity Reset
Steady, strong, sustainable.
A 12-week, nervous-system-first coaching programme for women in midlife. Most women are trying to change their health and habits from an activated nervous system, running on stress without even knowing it. That's why nothing has worked.
We'll talk it through together and see whether it's the right fit.
Does this sound familiar?
- You're capable, busy and used to holding everything together, and you're tired in a way a weekend off doesn't touch.
- You've tried what worked for friends, or what used to work for you, and it isn't landing the way it once did.
- Your body seems to have changed the rules, and you're not sure how much is hormones, how much is stress, or both.
- You want more energy, strength and headspace, without another plan that asks you to push harder.
You haven't been doing it wrong. You've been trying to build on ground that hasn't had the chance to settle.
Sometimes the answer is less than we think
For years as a fitness and nutrition coach, I helped high-achieving women have more. More training, more structure, more results. And alongside it, I watched the exhaustion building underneath.
Women come into the Capacity Reset because the mind thinks it knows what it wants. They leave knowing what they need, because the body knows what it needs.
When you live in that alignment, capacity comes back. Strength, energy and consistency start to arrive as a result of a steadier nervous system, rather than more effort and more willpower.
How the 12 weeks are shaped
Four phases, in order. They're a sequence rather than a schedule, so you move through them at your pace, not the calendar's. There's no such thing as falling behind.
-
Phase one
Stabilise
Steadying what's already there
We begin with The Nervous System Fingerprint™, mapping how stress shows up in your body, so you can start to tell the difference between perimenopause symptoms and a stress response that's been switched on for too long.
-
Phase two
Regulate
Finding your way out of survival mode
Breathwork and simple daily practices, tracked with your BOLT score, so that calm becomes something you can find on purpose rather than something you wait for.
-
Phase three
Rebuild
Strength and energy on steadier ground
Strength sessions matched to how you feel, alongside nutrition and gut health support that's about structure and nourishment, never restriction.
-
Phase four
Expand
Carrying it forward
Noticing what enriches you and what drains you, and building the habits you'll keep going with on your own. This is the part that carries on long after week 12.
What's included
Across the full 12 weeks, with a written summary after each call so you always know where you are and what comes next.
Built from your health evaluation, so the programme starts from where you actually are.
A clear picture of your energy across body, mind, heart and nervous system, and how it shifts over the 12 weeks.
Practices matched to your score, from someone with over 1,000 hours of trauma-informed breathwork training.
Strength, Pilates, recovery and breathwork sessions, from short and simple to full workouts, chosen by how you feel on the day.
Practical structure around food, with no calorie counting and no tracking macros.
A way to make space by taking things away, rather than finding cleverer ways to fit more in.
A few carefully chosen things to begin with, including a journal and your BOLT tracking card.
My community space for women in midlife, including The Capacity Hour every Thursday lunchtime.
Three months of app and community access after you finish, so there's no cliff edge.

In their words
I've loved the programme with you, thank you, and the work you have done to support me recognising my central nervous system and how I put me at the centre of my world.
Approaching Capacity Reset I had some set expectations that the programme would allow me to create more time in my day and enable me to do and achieve even more. It did not do that. Instead, it shifted the way I think about and treat my time.
I knew before that I needed to do more things for myself, but the programme created accountability and gave strategies for truly prioritising myself first. It helped me to identify what enriches me and what drains my energy. It gave me courage to challenge other people and activities that drain me.
It helped me realise that by investing in me, my mind, my body, my nutrition, I get more energy longer term and my overall capacity shifts. For that reason, I can now see why the Capacity Reset is such a good name.
Where to start
The way in is a call. We'll talk about where you are, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for, and I'll tell you honestly whether I think the Capacity Reset is right for you.
It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. If it isn't the right time, or isn't the right thing, I'll say so.
What to expect
Around 30 minutes, online, just the two of us. Nothing to prepare, and nothing to decide on the call itself.
Questions you might have
Do I need to be training already?
Not at all. Many women start having not trained for a while. Sessions are chosen by how you feel on the day, and nothing is labelled beginner or advanced.
Is this a weight loss programme?
It isn't built around the scales, and there's no calorie counting. If your weight is part of why you're here, that's welcome. We work on what's been getting in the way, starting with stress, sleep, strength and how you eat.
I'm in perimenopause. Is this for me?
Yes. Many of the women I work with are. Part of the work is learning to tell hormonal symptoms apart from a stress response. Anything medical stays with your GP or specialist, and the programme sits happily alongside HRT or any other care you have.
What if I have a busy week, or fall behind?
There's no behind. The phases move at your pace, and a busy week is part of real life, not a reason to start again.
Where does the coaching happen?
Our calls are online, so you can join from wherever you are.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
You keep three months of app and Capacity Club access, and there are ongoing support options if you'd like to keep working together.
Not sure where you are?
The Energy Audit is a short, honest look at where your energy actually sits right now, across your body, mind, heart and nervous system. It takes about five minutes and you get your score at the end. It's the same audit my clients start with.
Ready when you are
Book a call and we'll talk about whether this is right for you. No pressure either way.
